Building Hot Water Shut Off – Tomorrow 9/8/10 – 9am to 5pm

There is a leak in the hot water main that feeds the entire building. As a result we need to shut off the hot water from 9am to 5pm tomorrow. We hope to resolve the problem by noon but we say 5pm just to be on the safe side.
Once the water is restored I will send out a follow-up email.
If you are experiencing issues with your water and have not yet reported it, please be sure to notify the leasing office. If you have already notified us I assure you we are working to resolve the problem as quickly at possible.

New Pet Policy: Freight Elevator Only

Below is a new policy put in place by the HOA to help maintain the the beautiful appearance of our community. If you have any questions about this policy, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Re: Pet Elevator Usage
In an effort to keep our elevator carpet clean, effective immediately, it is MANDATORY that all pet owners use the FREIGHT ELEVATOR ONLY when taking pets in and out of the building. To call the freight elevator, use the buttons on the side panel of the freight elevator door frame.
You may be subject to a $100 fine if seen with your pet in any elevator other than the freight elevator.
As a reminder:
- Please make sure pets remain on leashes or in carriers when going to and from your unit.
- Please be sure to clean up any messes accidentally left by your pet in common areas such as hallways and elevators.
- Please be sure to clean up pet waste left by your pet outside by being prepared with a bag and disposed of properly in the trash room or using the trash chutes. There is also a waste container located on 6th and Centre Street.
- Please exit through the ground level only with your pets. Pets are not allowed at the lobby at any time.
- Pets are not authorized to be at any VUE common area amenities (Pool, Roof, Community, Yoga, Fitness rooms).

Hot Water Adjustments

Dear Dwell Residents,
We recently made adjustments to the building water balancing system. These adjustments have resolved the hot water issue in all of the units we’ve tested so far. If you were previously having hot water issues and they are now resolved, please send me a reply to let me know.
If the issue is not resolved or has gotten worse, please let me know that as well. As I said in my last email, this information is not only greatly appreciated but vitally important to fixing the problem.
